2. Service Agreement

By requesting our services via email or any other communication method, you agree to these terms:

• All project specifications will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins
• Timeline and deliverables will be communicated clearly for each project
• Payment terms will be established before project commencement
• Revisions and modifications are subject to scope and additional fees if outside original agreement

3. Code Review Services

Our code review service includes expert analysis of your codebase. A specialist from our team will connect with you to review your code, provide feedback, and suggest improvements. The scope and duration of the review will be determined based on your project size and needs.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all code and deliverables become the property of the client. Code Code Vibing retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. AI-Assisted Development

We utilize advanced AI models including GPT-5.1-high, GPT-5.1 codex, Claude Sonnet 4.5 Thinking, and V0 AI for UI/UX design. All code is reviewed and validated by our team before delivery to ensure quality and functionality.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality, production-ready code. However:

• Code is provided "as is" upon delivery
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations or hosting environments
• Bug fixes within 30 days of delivery are included for issues directly related to our code
• Ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged separately

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All project information, code, and business details shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund terms will be discussed on a per-project basis. Generally, work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable and non-refundable.

9. Liability

Code Code Vibing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
